February 2010: Home sales showed a decline for the month of August following several months of modest gains in activity. Industry experts attribute the decline to delays in recording sales do to tough lending criteria and new rules for appraisels. We expect that the September data will realize these dealyed gains.
Although activity is quiet, the Mendham/Chesters are not suffering the market woes to the same degreee as other parts of New Jersey.
